At the Top is located in Burj Khalifa on levels 124 and 125.
Getting here
From Dubai:
Burj Khalifa is located near the 1st interchange along Sheikh Zayed Road. Take the 1st interchange and proceed through Financial Centre Road (formerly Doha Street). The approach road to Dubai Mall will be on the right hand side.
From Abu Dhabi:
Take the exit to Financial Centre Road (Doha) from 1st interchange. The approach road to Dubai Mall will be on the right hand side.
Dubai Metro – Red Line:
Burj Khalifa can be reached via metro at Burj Khalifa Metro Station.
Parking
Parking is available in Dubai Mall, Fashion Avenue car park.
It is not required to pre-purchase tickets for our At the Top, Burj Khalifa experiences and attractions, however we do recommend you purchase your tickets in advance to ensure you are able to get the times you want and have plenty of time to experience all At the Top, Burj Khalifa has to offer. Yes. The entire At the Top, Burj Khalifa experience is wheelchair accessible. Working service animals for the disabled are not allowed on the tour.
Personal handbags and purses are allowed.
Stroller/buggy, shopping bags, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the Luggage room located near the entrance during your visit to At the Top, Burj Khalifa and can be picked up and collected when exiting the attraction.
Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside the attraction. However, there is a café on the ground level as well as on Level 124 that offers a variety of snacks and refreshments.. Additionally, The Lounge tickets include refreshments, light bites and one complimentary house beverage.

The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, and we welcome our guests to spend as much time as they like enjoying the amazing views on Levels 124 and 125. For Level 148, guests are welcome to explore for up to 30 minutes and then to continue to Levels 124 and 125 for as long as they prefer.
Potential average visit time may extend accordingly during peak seasons/ hours.
We do not have a “sunset” experience. However, to be able to comfortably see the sunset, it is recommended to purchase a ticket to Level 124 for entry approximately 120 minutes prior to sunset time.
We do not provide refunds and rain checks for inclement weather, however there is plenty to do at At the Top, Burj Khalifa indoors. Explore all our experiences here.

Yes. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi coverage throughout At the Top, Burj Khalifa.
We do not allow professional photography at the attractions but do provide dedicated photo kiosks for our guests to capture their memories in the moment. Our kiosks use green screen technology, and our team of photographers create beautiful backdrops illustrating the Burj Khalifa external facade or striking views of the city. The photo kiosks also offer printing of pictures on a range of merchandise making an ideal At the Top, Burj Khalifa memorabilia.
- VR experience is available for an additional cost.
- The VR experience is restricted to individuals aged 10 and above.
- Pregnant guests, as well as those with heart conditions, vertigo, or dizziness, are not allowed to participate in the VR experience due to health and safety reasons.
Refreshments are available for purchase in the café located on the ground level as well as on Level 124.
Yes. Sky Views Edge Walk requires participants to be at least 12 years of age, weigh at least 30 kg (no more than 120 kg), and be a minimum of 130 cm tall. These requirements are to ensure the utmost safety for our guests participating in this experience.
If your child becomes separated from your group, contact the nearest At the Top, Burj Khalifa Guest Ambassador. Before you enter the attraction, kindly advise your children to contact the nearest At the Top, Burj Khalifa Guest Ambassador for assistance, if they become separated from you during the tour.
The following items are prohibited to carry inside At the Top, Burj Khalifa:
- Magic markers or spray paint
- Aerosol cans
- Glass bottles
- Knives
- Fireworks/explosives
- Firearms/ammunition
- Chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray
- Multi-tools
- Skate shoes or any footwear with wheels
- Electronics such as laptops, tablets, electronic cigarettes etc.
